IV Edition of MadridFFF: more cinema and more fashion for the most open edition.

Sep 14, 2018

Its first edition in 2013 was the positioning of a new genre that came to stay, the Fashion Film. Five years later, its fourth official edition comes with a program in which films and fashion are once again protagonists, putting in value the cultural character of the union of both universes. On August 31 the deadline for entries was closed with a call in which a hundred high quality pieces from more than 20 different countries entered the contest. October 15, 16 and 17 at SALA EQUIS Madrid

The next date of the Madrid Fashion Film Festival will be at the beginning of autumn with a program open to the public in one of the new essential places of the capital, the Sala Equis. A complete program dedicated to cinema and fashion in which the experts will mix with the neophytes, amateurs and curious. The most open spirit of the festival for a unique cultural offer at the start of the season. This IV Edition has Japan as the guest country and is part of the 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Spain and the Asian country. The Plaza de la Sala Equis will become a “silent cinema” where you can see the selected Fashion Films of the edition in one of the most “trendy” environments in Madrid. In parallel, the Cinema Room will host a program of feature films on fashion with premieres such as “MaddMan: The Steve Madden Story” by Ben Patterson and “This is My Dream”, a short film by Teo Stanley about the collaboration of Yamamoto & Adidas.
